Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY

Your delivery options will be displayed at the checkout page and will be calculated based on your shopping basket.

Hong Kong, Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories

Deliveries within Hong Kong, up to a weight of 2kg will be sent via Hongkong Post Local Mail.

Large deliveries (2KG - 5KG) will be sent via Hongkong Post Parcel Delivery service. Anticipated delivery is 2-3 business days. If you require expedited delivery please contact us.

Asia

Delivery to the following countries is available up to a maximum weight of 2kg using e-Express postage service. Please allow 7-14 days for delivery although it is often quicker. 

Australia, Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines,  Singapore, South Korea and Vietnam.

Large deliveries (2KG - 5KG) will be sent via Hong Kong Speed Post. Please allow 7-14 days although we anticipate delivery times to be quicker. If you require expedited delivery, please contact us.

UK and Europe

Deep Blue Straws UK office manages deliveries across the UK and Europe. UK and European deliveries up to a weight of 5kg will be sent via Royal Mail, any order exceeding 5kg in weight will be sent via Parcelforce. All costs will be calculated at checkout. Please check Royal Mail website for estimates delivery times. 

If you are looking to order large or wholesale orders we recommended contacting us directly to obtain a quote for your whole order. 

PACKAGING


All of our packaging has been selected due to its eco-friendly nature. Our boxes are made from recycled materials and our mailer bags are 100% biodegradable. 


INVOICING

We are an environmentally friendly business and do all we can to reduce our carbon footprint. In line with this we do not offer paper invoices as standard. You will receive a full order confirmation via email. Should you require a paper invoice then please contact us directly with your order details and we will be happy to provide one. 


RETURNS

Deep Blue Straws have worked to find the best eco-friendly suppliers available. Our products are manufactured to the highest quality and we truly hope that you'll be happy with your purchase. However in the event you feel you need to return a product to us please follow the directions below:

Please contact us in the first instance at: info@deepbluestraws.com and we would be delighted to assist. Please use 'Returns' in the subject.

Unwanted items

If you have a change of heart regarding your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange return of the items for a refund. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. You are also responsible for the goods while in transit until they reach our offices. Responsibility for loss or damage while in transit shall be borne by you or for you to dispute with your delivery service provider.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, all unwanted returned items must be in a full unused condition and in the original, unopened packaging. Upon receipt, we will provide a refund to the value paid for the items returned, excluding any delivery charges paid at time of order.

Damaged or faulty items
If you have received an item that is damaged or that is faulty on first use, please contact us. We will be able to offer a replacement or refund for the item, as long as there is no evidence of misuse or accidental damage. In some cases we will need to wait for the damaged/faulty item to get back to us. You may be asked to post this to us and we will reimburse the charges upon receipt of the return, and evidence of the postage paid.

Please note: All damages on receipt of the parcel must be reported to us within 3 working days.

Goods returned but lost in transit
We request that customers take reasonable care of their goods until they are returned to us. We recommend that goods are suitably packaged for transit and that a secure and tracked delivery service is used. Please ensure that you get a receipt for proof of postage. If your parcel is lost in transit, please make your claim with the courier used to return the goods.

Refunds & replacements
All returns will be processed and acted upon within 7 working days of receipt. If you chose a refund, the amount of time this takes to show in your account may depend on your bank and bank account type (usually around 3 days). If you choose a replacement, delivery will take the standard delivery time for your location.
